I wonder if a day will come when we no longer feel superior to one another. When we learn from our past mistakes. I wonder if we can overcome the system which we are forced to abide by, and help those who are unable to accept the fact that we all are one and the same.

It is absolutely painful to watch this grim reality that the world is in today. Why is it that we must continue to live it... I often wonder if we are simply doomed to continue to hurt each other until the end of time... or are we really being forced into death by those who consider themselves superior...

My pain, anger, love, cry for peace is with you KD.

Hi Avsok,

What a disgrace it is that humans think that the solution to violence is war and bombs and boming.

When has any body been able to extinguish fire with the help of fire. But well Israel seems to believe on this.

At times I feel that Israel thirst for vengeance has been greatly catalyzed by the killing of the 'Rabi and his wife,' in the Mumbai Carnage on Nov 26 last year. Well, it's just my assumption....

Its high time the world works upon a conducive solution, before it gets too late...

this is just sad......how can the US say that we are even remotley superior to anyone when we are letting this kind of thing go on?its like nobody cares about anyone else any more and i for one am going to take a stand!!!!no one should be treated like this.....no one could have ever done anything that was so horrible that they deserve this!!!!!in my opinion the world would be better off if god just wiped us all out and stared over!!!!

Husain, i think i understand why you blame those who you blame, but after seeing all the horror and the complete lack of compassion in our daily lives, i have come to believe that we need to look deeper into our history and into causes behind certain events. I think that Israel (and its people) is but a tool used to escalate further distrust and misguidance, as are many other countries, in order to reach that ultimate goal... which is dominance over all.

I am not trying to criticize what you said, i just wanted to share my opinion on this horrid reality that we live in.

We must keep our hopes up, but also act and spread these facts. Help educate the people that information is out there, and that much of so called "entertainment & Fun" was created to blind you from the reality that is unfolding under our feet.

I praise you KD, as well as jmsjoin, BorderExplorer and many others here on this blog site and all over the world. All of you are making a stand and are putting an effort into information spread which is i believe the only way we can still survive. When the ability to communicate is taken away from us... it is then, that we would be unable to correct, educate, inform and encourage each other... it is then that we will loose. That is my greatest fear of all.

I only have to say this that for a moment my breathing stopped when I looked at these images. The pain that the child went through was million times more than what his mother was going through. Seeing your loved one dying like this in your arms - oh well, I can't even dare to imagine... :-(

I only saw one of the photos and that is enough...dont' feel like saying anything! Are we living in a civilised world? Am thinking about the response from the Palestinian side once Israel pulls back from Gaza. More bloodshed, more suicide bombings in Israel and....
Let us hope that President Obama who is busy now, preparing his inauguration speech and overseeing the preparation of the mammoth ceremony that is going to take place on 20th January will respond to this massacre of captive civilian population in Gaza.

You miss the point of my comment. Palestinian children are being radicalized with hate against Jews and Americans. They are taught to kill and show no mercy for their enemy. Now war comes to them and we are to feel sorry for them. The real crime is in the enemies of children who teach them to hate and put them in harms way for political gain. And, America does not control Israel, but it makes good propaganda to blame America for Israels actions. For the record, I am not Jew. I hate war. But, I will fight for my family. To those who want to fight America: I say to you, that you have listened to a fool, and like a fool you will die believing in a lie.

Instead of propagating hate, lets find a way for us to sit at the table and break bread together. We are all descendants of Abraham, so why are we killing each other?

We need a solution.. Lets not behave inhumanly anymore.. It is not going to lead us to more agony and pain.

The innocent civilians from both sides are being used as a bait by ruthless vultures sitting at the top.... in their air-conditioned offices..... who can stake anything for their gain....

If we are going to play this tit for tat game... it is going to get worse....

From its fabrication as a "state" after World War 2, Israel has proceeded to expand its borders through land theft and the oppression of indiginous Palestinians. 60 years of this has created a vilent opposing animus for which successive israeli and US governments share the blame. This is a 60 year holocaust which cannot be justified under any circumstances.
