SHANGHAI: A four-year-old girl's dismembered body has been found in a fridge in southern China, leading to the arrest of a man who allegedly once said human flesh was "delicious", state media reported.
The migrant worker, who is believed to be mentally ill, was detained after blood was discovered outside his apartment in Guangzhou, which police traced to him, the Guangzhou Daily reported. It identified him by his nickname, A He. Police found the remains of the child, named Li Lingli, who went missing on Friday morning, inside a small fridge in A He's room.
A He was described as a recluse, who sometimes wore women's dresses in public. He rarely spoke to people in
the area but would sometimes talk to himself when he became excited while watching a communal TV out in the lane, the report said, adding that he particularly enjoyed war films.
