Speeding ticket at 310 MPH

Reason for ticket: Driving the narrow streets in Romania at 310 MPH. Yes you read it right!
Toader Moise was stunned when he got the speeding ticket!
"It was really hilarious and I think I should get into the book of records with this," he said. "How could I drive my 15-year-old Renault K65 at 310mph when I can barely get her do 70mph?"
The car was up for sale, but now Toader plans to increase the price of the car based on its new Top speed.
The cops have blamed a radar malfunction or a police error in writing down the speed for this funny event.
We are not yet sure if the driver has paid the fine!

Forget the criminals, those cops are the ones that need to be drug tested! I wonder how much the fine was for that ticket.
