This cow in Gujrat,India has been considered a "Gift from God" because of its unusual self-milking quality. A stream of milk is released from the cow's udders without any assistance from the owner, whenever it is fed. The cow gives approximately 8 liters of milk in a day.
The cow is also seen as a symbol of communal harmony as her Muslim owner has given her an Hindu name "Radha".
In Hinduism the cow is often, but not universally, considered sacred, and is worshipped in most of India.
