These pictures have been circulating around the Internet for 3 or more years. The story to which these are associated with is of an Iranian boy who was caught stealing a loaf of bread and this is how Islam punishes a thief.
However, the photographs actually correspond to performers hustling money from onlookers, by staging an act in which the boy apparently allows his arm to be run over by a car. It actually makes sense when you see the person sitting next to the boy is holding a microphone in his hand. Also, you can see boys' arm resting on a towel/blanket. If it had been a punishment, I don't feel they would have comforted the arm.
One thing I've noticed on most of the websites is that people who want to spread a negative image of Islam have skipped the photograph where the boy sits up unhurt after the stunt.
Forwarding this set of photos with the last one missing is just an immoral way to make people hate Islam, telling them that Islam is a religion of injustice.
I believe everyone should first do some research before actually believing what they see. I think, these people follow the Religion of Ignorance and followers of which can be traced in every known religion.
