Four Tribesmen Killed in Kohat

Four persons were killed and two others were critically injured when rival gang had opened fire with firearms on moving vehicle near Qamar area of Khushahal Garh Union Council Kohat during the night between Tuesday and Monday. According to police sources Jameel, Shahzeb, Hakeem, Gul Mat Khan, Ali Mat Khan and Zafar Khan residents of Qamar Khushal Garh in their car # 5570 after attending a marriage function in Dhoke Qamar were coming back towards their home, on road near Jawaki Paya their car was ambushed by accused Gul Zeb, Ghulam, Khanzeb, and Sadiq residents of Jawaki Paya, Jameel Khan, Shahzeb, Hakeem Khan and Gul Mat Khan present in the car were killed by bullets fired at them with automatic weapons while Ali Mat Khan and Zafar Khan were critically injured. Gumbat police station staff had arrived at the trouble spot dead bodies and injured persons were shifted to Gumbat hospital. Deceased and injured persons are from the same tribe and had migrated from their native semi tribal village Paya to settled area of Qamar after getting fed up with bloodshed due to age old enmity.
