12noon this afternoon December 16, students held their yearly oblition run, wherein male studens run naked around the campus with banners or writing on their bodies, a message, a concern pertaining to human rights and what do they support in term of politic and so many issues within the country (Philippines).

Their focus for this year is in regard with Charter Change (Cha-Cha), they are not in favor for this and they want Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to resign. U.P.

I will try to edit this post as soon as I get a copy of the video, but I'm still thinking if I should post it or not for minors sake.

Thank you for the information. Methinks nudity has its distinct nature of beauty. But what the male students of the University of Philippines(UPQC) have attempted to achieve should be in tune with the mode of demonstration. MANIPUR is a north-eastern state in India where people's demand to withdraw an Act is age-old. On the strength of the law security forces can persecute any of the persons whom they may consider engaged in anti-state activities and those persons will not be provided with required legal protection. Rape of women by the security personnel is a regular event in the region. Manorama, a Manipuri woman protested against the state barbarism being naked in front of the world. This is the last recourse of human beings in some cases to raise protest against what they find unacceptable.
