Yeah I agree!!! WHenever I'm feeling bad, sad, happy, lonely, and others, I actually observed that my favorite outlet is EATING UNUSUAL FOODS...
What you eat shows what you feel... If you feel like eating sweet foods, maybe your kinda sad or lonely... but for some, eating chocolates makes them feel active and hyper because of the effect of sugar...
For some, eating Pizza will always be their outlet to feed their emotion of being alone...but for some, it means, celebration...
You can always express what you feel over those food you eat...
It's not alarming because it's healthy. Atleast you can distinguish what you feel over those things you actually want to eat!!!
