When the hassles of everyday life become a little too much to bear, there is always that one special way to let loose on yourself. Even at work or in school, somewhere in the corner of your mind, you are thinking when you would step out of this racing metro that your life is on and when would you stop to catch some breath. Obviously, there are different ways for everyone to unwind and let the stress out.

What you should do is first sleep and sleep a lot when you have a day off.

Once you are up, eat what you want for a breakfast, not what your gym instructor would suggest keeping the bulging out tummy in mind.

Take a long hot bath because even if you have slept for half the day, the stress a hot bath would release cannot be done better in any other way.

Get dressed, watch some TV and if you find nothing better to do, take out a notepad and pen and make a list of all the things that you have to get done. (Don't panic! No, the purpose behind making that list is not to burden you but to remind you that you have to do those things but on this day, you just have to organize and make up your mind on when you're going to do them. A reminder is not that bad now is it?)

Now that you smell good and feel fresh, go out to a nearby store and get yourself a chocolate or a ready-to-make brownie packet or whatever it is that you like to have as a treat. But don't eat it right away. Wait for the end of this how-to piece to figure what you have are required to do with it.

Have your dinner with friends or by yourself at home, however it pleases you.

Then all there is left to do is to change into your night suit and while you're looking for it, keep an eye out for what you're going to wear the next morning.

Jump into bed and start nibbling on your treat. And for once, don't think from the dentist point of view. It won't do anything to your teeth over one night! Oh yeah, sleep well!
