Tibet is free.It is far too free so that the monks fired the city and killed inoccent people,even a primary school.
Tibetan people benifit good policy from the Chinese goverment.(Even when tibetan high school students take part in University entrance exams they can get extra points while the Chinses Han students don't.)
They should no go against law no matter how free they want to be,either should they hurt other Tibentans.
