Our astronauts are recycling urine and drinking it. Maybe it is time we start doing the same in our homes and offices...average person will save 22 litres...

This WTO should really be focusing a lot on providing sanitation facilities to those 1.2 billion people who die due to lack of proper sanitation.

As for urine recycling...well, we - the aware ones of the benefits of recycling still do not recycle paper and other common stuff so vigilantly. I guess it will be long before we start recycling urine to save water. :-p

I think its high time we start conserving resources like water, paper etc because due to massive industrialization we have already lowered the level of natural resources which we owned before. If WTO can bring this change it would be welcomed by the world.

Come on people, we will never run out of Paper, trees, water, oil ect. Nobody really understands how big the Earth REALLY is. Did you know, if we clear cut logged every forest in the entire word (many billion acres are inaccessible to logging)as fast as possible could, it would take well over 400 years. So in those 400 years because loggers are required to plant new trees, new growth would have long since taken their place.

And on the water issue, yes glacier are melting in some parts of the world, those are the only ones you hear about. Did you know glaciers in California are actually growing? How come we never hear about those?
