Rockets used to build a bridge!
Siduhe Grand Bridge

It is actually mind-boggling to think how to construct a suspension bridge across a deep valley. A big head-scratcher is how to get those suspension cables from one end of the divide to the other. Think of some of the common methods engineers have been using to take the suspension cables across the deep valleys. Helicopters? Boats? Kites? Well, all these methods have been used for the same purpose. Think more.

What about Rockets? Weird! I know, but Chinese engineers have proved that even rockets can be used to build a suspension bridge with extreme accuracy and precision. Amazing, isn’t it! These Chinese engineers used precision rockets to send 3,200-foot long cables over a valley that enabled construction of a bridge as high as 2,132-feet above the ground.

The Siduhe Grand Bridge completed last July, is reported to be the highest bridge in the world when measured from the ground to its deck. Well, they set a record by becoming the first people to shoot rockets to construct a bridge, and here I am wondering a human brain is indeed a miracle in itself!
