Nasiriyah Drainage Pump Station to be inaugurated soon

Drainage Pump Station is expected to be officially inaugurated in Dhi Qhar Province with an average of 12 working pumps. Nasiriyah Drainage Pump Station Director General Hussain Ali Al Bandar said that the Essential Pump in the Drainage Pump Station will start working in Nassiriyah at December 1st and added that the energy of the same is of 200 cubic meters per second. Al Bandar said that this project helps in reclaiming lands at the middle of Iraq, the south of it and in the alluvial plain region with a space that exceeds 6 million square kilometers.
