Now, I would say this is Heelarious! Yes, you heard me right. It goes like Hee-lar-i-ous and as much as it may sound or look hilarious to see a little baby girl wearing stilettos, it is absolutely not a hilarious business anymore. The company – Heelarious is owned by two thirty something moms with a great sense of humor. They came up with a fashionably wild idea of making baby girls wears high heels so that they look glamorous and hilarious at the same time.

Heelarious makes high heels for babies (0-6 months old) that are stylishly designed to look like high heels. At the same time these glam booties are extremely soft and comfortable for the infants. These soft crib shoes come in five styles, each with a name: “Brooke” is a leopard print, “Elle” is pink, “Kate” is black , “Kayla” is zebra satin, She’s a little lady” is black patent leather, and “Sophie” is hot pink.

The childhood friends cum business partners, Britta Bacon and Hayden Porter believe that their business has been a success. The creators say that their high heels for glam babies are selling like “wildfire" in 22 US states and overseas. Heelarious baby heels are packaged in a stylish purse shaped bag with a huge rhinestone clasp. These shoes are priced at modest $40 and they have a lot of styles at Amazon.

The website clearly mentions that the shoes are intended for walking as the heel will collapse with weight. They are also not meant to hurt a child in any way. Alongside there is a bold warning that says: “May cause extreme smiling and hysterical laughter when in use (this is completely normal). Although for some odd reason, seeing a little baby wearing stylish stilettos does not sound funny to me but I sure would love to see one wearing those cute little high heels. Who knows, I may end up buying a pair for my baby in future!
