7:17pm meeting starts.
1:05 Mayor Business. Kohlhalf's Contract is up for renewal. Kohlholf
has worked for the city for 27 years. Many cities contract out for
legal services but Wilsonville is proud of its City Attorneys.
Tim Knapp moves to extend the contract for one year, with a 4% raze
and a $5,000 bonus. Alan Kirk Seconds and the renewal pass 3 to 0.

9:05 Tim Knapp will be Mayor starting December 1st. Charlotte Lehan
will move on to work with Clackamas County as a Commissioner.

10:15 Peggy Watter Community Services Director Presents Alec
Reinhardt, with AmeriCorps.
restore its hours to 61 hours a week.

36:00 Alan Kirk Monday November 24th there will be a Hearing of the Fred
Myer Application at 6:30pm

39:30 Consent Agenda. Michael E. Kohlhof, City Attorney says 2151
corrects errors in 2140.

40:35 Public Hearing Resolution 2152, Staff Report by Kathy Alexander,
rate increased on sewer fee at 10% a year for three or four years. 80%
of the community will pay about $1 to $4 more over the next year.

47:30 Alan Kirk moves to approve Tim Knapp seconds and it passes 3 to 0

50:30 Michael E. Kohlhof, City Attorney ordinance 650 is moved to
December 1st meeting of the City Council meeting.

51:20 Resolution 2141 52:30 Michael Stone reports that the I-5
interchange at Wilsonville road is moving forward with the Fred Myer
development agreement, the City of Wilsonville and ODOT.
