Where are wild life protection Act gone?
When the world is investing so much on proteting the wild life and preserving animals, the Indian state (Manipur) is enjoying the monkey dish. Where are those PETA, Wild Life Protection Act and NGOs who are taling lots of funding to protect these cute animals?
