The Latter Brothers, Mason and Jordon took only two weeks to collect the conkers during this autumn. The enterprising youngsters even engaged their friends to help them in the collection.
The bags were initially kept in the house but when the number grew the bags were shifted in the garden. The initial plan of the boys was to collect thousand but once they collect 1000 they wanted 2000 and it just went on like that till they had 7,500 which can a world record.
According to the Guiness world records they currently do not have a catagory for Largest Conker Collection but the management might open a catagory if the boys apply for it.The only conker-related world record is currently for having the most 'simultaneous matches.'The record is currently held by a '5,000er' and was set in 1954.
