The jokes about blondes are simply international. I don’t think that the colour of the hair changes something in a person’s behavior, and this one could be also a joke but it’s real.

A blonde in St. Petersburg ran out of fuel, so she decided to fuel the car herself with a jerrycan she had in her trunk. She took it out, then grabbed a funnel, so she was thinking she was doing everything right. The only think she forgot is to put out her cigarette.
