Former State Senator Sandra Kennedy will have a new role come January, as one of the newest members of the Arizona Corporation Commission. The current Commission has all five of its members Republicans but come January will add two new Democrats to its ranks Sandra Kennedy and Cochise County Supervisor Paul Newman.

At this writing it is pretty clear that Kennedy as well as Newman are in, Sam George was the third Democrat running on the solar ticket, but is currently trailing by a few votes to fill the third seat. There were three total seats up this election day.

Enclosed is the video interview conducted by me at at the Wyndham Hotel in Phoenix as we awaited results watching the victory of Senator Barrack O'Bama. The cheers you hear are as they show the various state results.
