Todd Chrisley may be the head of the hit show “Chrisley Knows Best” on the USA Network, but he seems to be continually dogged by bad headlines when it comes to his personal life. The latest regards his son Kyle and a rehab bill that Todd reportedly has refused to pay in full.

According to Radar Online, the Creative Care residential treatment center where Kyle went in 2011 has filed paperwork about not getting paid. Todd Chrisley himself mentioned in a recent episode of “Chrisley Knows Best” that he had paid “millions” for Kyle's rehab, but it seems that may not exactly be the case. Chrisley reportedly paid $18,000 for the first month of treatment, but stopped payment on the check he provided as partial payment for the second month and did not pay the full amount due.

Creative Care is suing Chrisley for $24,000. Todd Chrisley is involved in a big bankruptcy proceeding at this point, and a lot of these bills have been outstanding for some time. It's unclear how it will all ultimately play out, but fans are curious about the details given the references to their lavish lifestyle and Kyle's prior issues on the current season of the show.

New episodes of “Chrisley Knows Best” air Tuesday nights on the USA network. This week's episode is titled titled “Date Night,” and viewers will see the kids plan a romantic evening for their parents. However, it seems things don't go all that smoothly and this sounds like it will be a hoot to watch. It doesn't seem that many take this family all that seriously, but it has become fairly entertaining television for many to watch.
