Fifteen-year-old Danielle 'Dannie' Locklear vanished nearly two weeks ago, and the search for her has turned up very little that could lend to a positive ending in this case. In fact, the few clues in the case thus far have indicated that this missing teen could be the victim of foul play. Perhaps that's the why the FBI are now involved in the search for Dannie. The involvement of the FBI indicates that the teen could have been kidnapped.
Not long after Dannie Locklear was reported missing, her clothes were found along the banks of a creek in the area (Hope Mills, N.C.). This immediately sparks concern, and indicates that she could have been sexually assaulted. If that's the case, then she could have also been murdered by the responsible party(ies). On the other hand, it could also indicate that she has run away and the disposed clothing was done on purpose -- but this is a far fetched idea that makes no sense in the case of this particular missing teen.
Hopefully some answers come soon in this case, because the family of Danielle Locklear are suffering. They're seeking answers and with there simply being no answers for the time being it's an extremely difficult time to endure.
