Michael McKay is a worker oil rig offshore Vung Tau Songar Mercur sent an email to his manager about witnessing MH370 aircraft crashed off the coast of southern Vietnam ( Vung Tau City area ).

The contents of the email : " Michael McKay saw a higher plane caught fire on the way where he was standing about 50 to 70 km . From the moment I saw the plane on fire until the fire is about 10 -15 seconds "

After receiving information that he was Michael Jerome McKay plane crashed off the coast of Vung Tau , Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs has directed approach Vung Tau character to find out information .

And a meeting with Mr. Michael Jerome McKay afternoon 13/3 and Michael Jerome McKay confirmed he saw the plane falling MH370 Vung Tau beach at dawn 8/3 .

According to ABC News , Admiral Le Minh Thanh , deputy commander of Navy Vietnam told ABC News that the Vietnam authorities have mobilized planes to areas which notified him Michael but no detectable traces machines fly .
