The antioxidant chemicals in poms may even prevent the return of prostate cancer, according to a UCLA study.

Eight ounces of pomegranate juice supplies about 10% of your daily quota for potassium, a nutrient necessary for energy production and keeping blood pressure in check.

The best thing is that this one fruit helps you fight fatigue and increases immunity at so many levels that strengthens the over all health of the individual. As always said its better to take natural remedies for keeping a good health as compared to colored vitamin pills as the natural solutions are always more helpfull in every possible way.
