Angie Pipkin remains missing, and the latest details in her case reveal that she will not be brought home alive to her distraught family. Instead, a man who was once a friend of hers is being held without bond on charges of murder -- and those aren't the worst details in this case. In fact, it appears that this woman suffered a violent demise, and an even more gruesome disposal that will likely hinder any discovery of her remains.
Randy Robinson has been charged with murdering Pipkin, and warrants reveal that her death occurred around the time she was last seen. Official reports share that Robinson maliciously struck Pipkin, which resulted in her death. It was then that Robinson allegedly dismembered the missing woman before disposing of her remains in a body of water in Darlington County.
The details of this woman's murder and disposal indicate that it officials will likely not find her entire body -- if at all. She was disposed of months ago, in pieces, and searches for her in the water have been unsuccessful. So even though officials have evidence to back up their allegations against Robinson, it's going to be hard to prosecute him without a body (though not impossible).
It's hopeful that Angie Pipkin is found, but more hopeful that her family can pick up the pieces and find strength in all of this. Angie left behind young daughters -- one who just recently had a birthday, and another who has been frantically seeking answers in her mom's disappearance since day-one. My heart aches for them, but hopefully justice can be served in a way to help ease their pain.
