The Phoenix real estate ( lovingphoenix.com/ ) market has made some amazing strides since the recession ended, but if you want to take advantage of everything that this housing market has to offer, you need the very best real estate agents…
Arizona Traditions Homes for Sale : About 35 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix sits Arizona Traditions. This community is best-known for its golf (specifically, the golf club that sits smack-dab in the middle of it), but even if you're not a golfer, there are 3 reasons to take a serious look at the homes for sale here:
1. It's up-and-coming
Arizona Traditions is a gated adult community in the town of Surprise, AZ -- one of the fastest-growing places in the entire state. So, if you're looking for plenty of amenities in an up-and-coming area, Surprise is the place to be.
But as great as Surprise is, Arizona Traditions is even better! All of the homes for sale here were built between 1997 and 2013, so you'll have a ton of new construction to choose from. That's a plus you'll be hard-pressed to find in other parts of the Phoenix metro.
2. It lives up to the term "active adults"
If you think that active adult communities are simply retirement homes with a little more freedom, think again! At Arizona Traditions, you can do everything from golf all day, to learn how to woodwork, to attend dances, to take up Pilates. With a wide variety of amenities to choose from, you can be as active as you want here!
3. It's competitively-priced
If you're looking to retire, some of the communities in the Phoenix metro may simply be out of your price range. However, that's certainly not the case at Arizona Traditions! Some of the homes for sale here cost more than what you'll find in Phoenix, but there are also plenty of homes that are moderately-priced -- making them perfect if you're living on a fixed income.
Buckeye, AZ Homes for Sale : Buckeye used to be nothing more than farmland, but you'd never know that now! Because it's one of the last sections of the Phoenix metro to be developed, the homes here are much newer than what you'll find in other Phoenix suburbs. That also means Buckeye is home to all kinds of trendy buildings that combine the newest features with a historical Southwestern feel. There is still plenty of building going on around here, and it could take another few decades to get everything up and ready to occupy. When all is said and done, Buckeye will be home to more than two dozen master-planned communities.
As of 2014, Buckeye is home to five different school districts, a community college, and great shopping. At Sundance Towne Center, you'll find everything from shoe stores, to big box stores, to pet stores, to restaurants. Despite its rapid growth, though, Buckeye promises to keep its small-town feel. With more than 50,000 people calling this city home, officials like to refer to it as "Arizona's Biggest Small Town". In fact, Buckeye hosts several city-wide celebrations every year -- including a family-friendly Fourth of July, Countryfest in the fall, and Pioneer Days in the spring.
