Compensation and restitution once this weather pattern ends will certainly cost millions probably billions particularly after the undertaking of prime minister Cameron saying however much it costs the money will be made available.

The flood map shows that the flooding has reached the border of Heathrow International airport the world's busiest airport which has aircraft arriving and taking off every one and a half minutes
