ABC's “The Bachelor 2014” with Juan Pablo Galavis really kicks into high gear Monday night as the first dates begin. Though oftentimes these shows get crazy due to the alcohol involved, that won't be the case with Galavis. Though many probably didn't realize it during his stint on “The Bachelorette” with Desiree Hartsock, Juan Pablo doesn't drink.

Access Hollywood shared the scoop straight from Juan Pablo Galavis. “The Bachelor” spoiler previews from this season show that some of the ladies definitely partake in a cocktail or few, so how does that go over with Juan Pablo? He admits that is not a strategy that will win him over.

Galavis says he's used to being the sober one around a bunch of drunk people, and typically he seems to find it entertaining. He says he's never been a drinker, though he will nurse a drink once in a while.

What does Juan Pablo think of the ladies that get totally trashed? He says they're done, he has no interest in that. Galavis adds that the ladies know that he's not a drinker. So, if they go wild with the alcohol they shouldn't be too surprised if it doesn't bode well for their rose collection.

“The Bachelor” spoilers indicate that the alcohol becomes an issue on the first dates of the season, as drinking too much will lead to one bachelorette's ticket home. Will the other ladies scale back on the drinking as they see that Juan Pablo Galavis isn't into it? Tune in to ABC's “The Bachelor 2014” Monday nights to see if love blossoms this season.
