The search for Teleka Patrick continues with the woman missing for over two weeks. This is a living nightmare for her parents, who are worried sick about whether or not she's in harm's way. The missing doctor left behind some clues to her disappearance, however, and they don't necessarily seem like she was a victim of foul play. Is it at all possible that Teleka vanished under her own plans?
Some new security footage released in the missing Mich. woman's case shows her being dropped off by a coworker, after which she can be seen hurriedly walking with her coat and hood pulled over her head, hiding her face. The video also shows her pulling out case to try to rent a motel room, but she did not have enough (Didn't she have credit/debit cards? Why cash?). Loved ones of the missing woman say that she looked like she was in a rush.
What does this new information indicate? The missing doctor could very well be missing voluntarily, choosing to go the cash route over using plastic to pay for the motel room like other people. What's not being discussed here is whether or not officials know if Teleka's car was abandoned in Portage before or after this incident.
Even though there are elements that make it look like Teleka Patrick is missing voluntarily (with no explanation, mind you) there are still grave concerns for her well being. She could have been hurried for reasons pertaining to her being in danger. At this moment we simply do not know.
