Asha Mandela has become famous because of her 8-foot-long dreads, which she began growing twenty years ago. She could rival Rapunzel's. Her dreadlocks are longer than she is tall-measuring 8-feet 9-inches. She sets the Guinness Book of World Record for the Longest Dreadlocks.

Mandela is originally from Trinidad. Asha wraps her dreads like a scarf or some times she just lets it hang like a veil. See photo and video.
