Monday night on “The Voice,” Will Champlin tackled “At Last” by Etta James. This was an unusual song choice, and fans knew it could either be a big hit or a big miss. Was Champlin able to pull it off?
Some reality TV viewers may remember that there is another male contestant from a similar show who knocked this song out of the park: Josh Krajcik on “The X Factor” season 1. Would Will Champlin's rendition be as big a hit?
It seems viewers think he was a big surprise Monday night, and in a great way. While not everybody was absolutely a fan of Will Champlin's version of “At Last,” it seems for the most part it was a sleeper hit of the night. The mentors seemed impressed, and so far “The Voice” fans seem to be as well.
Was Will Champlin's “At Last” performance enough to keep him safe this week? Many think it was, but people will have to tune in to “The Voice” Tuesday on NBC to see for certain. Who do you think should be heading home this week? Has your opinion on the frontrunners to win "The Voice" this season changed with Monday's performances?
