It's 80s week on "The X Factor" as the singers perform hits from the decade of the 1980's.

But before the singing begins the elimination that did not happen last week because of a technical glitch must now be eliminated. The act that received the lowest fan votes is...Carlos Guierra. Paulina now has only two singers remaining.

Host Mario Lopez revealed that on the Thursday results show two singers must go home in a double elimination.

First up is Lillie McCloud, who released a song in the 80's but the song didn't go anywhere. This week she is singing the Chaka Khan hit "Ain't Nobody". Lillie is one of only three acts that actually lived during the 80s. Paulina called Lillie a goddess. Saying that she stepped it up from last week, Demi said that Lillie really shined on stage. Calling her a naughty little girl, Simon noted that Lillie made an attempt to be current; adding that she sounded like a proper singer and was much better than last week. Kelly reminded Lillie that it's okay to show people she is having a good time.

Carlito Olivero performed the Miami Sound Machine hit "Rhythm is Gonna Get You". Calling him eye candy, Kelly that Carlito looked like he was straining and he needs to be suave. Demi was paying more attention to the dancers than she was Carlito; saying that it wasn't for her. Doubting that Carlito will survive another week, Simon said that Carlito has to take more control of his song choice; adding that Carlito has had two bad weeks in a row. Paulina said that Carlito was a great singer but he needed to work on his facial expressions - he was showing fear.

Once again just standing at the microphone Rion Paige sang the Pat Benatar his "We Belong". Kelly said that the song was rought in the beginning but Rion soared by the end of the song. Calling her a firecracker, Paulina said that she loved how Rion felt the music. Simon didn't think it was the right song choice for Rion; and added that Rion needs to have more input with her songs. Disagreeing with Simon, Demi said it was a great song choice and Rion did a great job.

The girls of Sweet Suspense sang the one hit wonder of Toni Basil - "Mickey". Kelly didn't feel that the girls settled into the rhythm this week. Paulina called the girls amazing. Feeling that they were too focused on the dancing, Demi said the girls needed more stage pressence. No surprise that Simon disagreed with Demi saying that the girls gave their best performance so far; and added that it was the best performance of the night so far. Simon said the girls looked and sounded like a real group.

Tim Olstad sang the Phil Collins "Against All Odds" - Collins' first number one hit. While Kelly adored Tim, she said it fell flat for her. Paulina said that Time gave it his all and made the song her own. Demi said that while Tim has a wonderful voice; she said the dancers stole the show and Tim doesn't have "The X Factor". Saying that Tim is becoming too predictable, Simon said that Tim needs to do something outside of his own comfort zone; adding that the dancer was distracting and looked like a horror movie.

Kahya Cohen sang the Madonna hit "Borderline" as she walked around the stage. Kelly said that Kahya was getting ready for the whole music thing. Saying that she is getting better and better, Paulina called Kahya brilliant. Noting that Kahya is showing some personality, Simon noted that they should not underestimate how special Kahya is and that she gave the best performance so far. Demi siad that Kahya killed it.

The boys of Restless Road sang the theme song from the movie "Footloose". Calling the boys loads of fun, Kelly said that she is right there on the front row at their concert. Paulina said that she loved it and did great. Demi said that she sees potential in the boys. Saying that there was something about the boys, Simon that the boys worked hard and it was a great song choice.

Rachel Potter sang the Heart song "Alone". Paulina called Rachel a great singer and an entertainer. Calling Rachel phenomianal, Demi said that Rachel has the potential to win the competition. Simon said that Rachel's big note sounded more like screaming and asked Rachel what kind of a singer she wanted to be. Rachel said country. Kelly said that no one in the competition could do what Rachel just did.

Ellona Santiago took on Whitney Houston with "I Wanna Dance with Somebody". Kelly noted that Ellona's voice is bigger than her tiny body; but thought the song was a little rought at the beginning but ended incredible. Paulina said that Ellona was non-stop. Simon said that the first 2/3rds of the song sounded mad - and he didn't get it - but the last third of the song was great. Simon said that he wanted to see less choreography from Ellona. Calling her a diva, Demi said that Ellona had an incredible voice and killed it.

Reserected singer Josh Levi sand the Paula Abdul hit "Straight Up". Kelly said that she was going on record to say Josh had just arrived. Saying that he had so much potential, Demi said that she had no idea how Josh was let go; adding that he was on fire and has so much potential. Simon said that one minute they were watching a karaoke singer and the next a star. Simon called Josh sensational and a star who controlled the stage. Paulina said that Josh did a great job and achievement.

Jeff Gutt sang "I Just Died in Your Arms". Paulina said that every week Jeff gave them a little more; adding that she loved the performance. Calling him one of her favourites, Demi said that Jeff did great and liked that Jeff was representing the rocker side in the competition. Noting that week after week Jeff does great, Simon said that the would like to see Jeff do something out of his comfort zone. Kelly said that she loves Jeff and noted that he is not afraid to work.

The final performance of the night was the Robert Palmer hit "Addicted to Love" from Alex and Sierra. Kelly said that she loves watching the pair together; adding that the pair was more magnetic when they were standing together. Paulina called the pair vintage and bohemian. Demi called the performance a little uncomfortable. A frustrated Simon said that Sierra lost the melody and the performance was not as good as it should have been.

On the Thursday results show last season's 5th Harmony and Selena Gomez perform. And two more acts will be eliminated from the competition.
