has been wowing viewers since the return of "The X Factor" this month. The gorgeous 35-year-old revealed her beauty and diet secrets that are responsible for the amazing body she possesses. One could safely argue that she has one of the best bodies in showbiz.
The former Pussy Cat Doll said that she doesn’t believe in fad diets and enjoys her favorite foods in moderation to maintain her ripped body. She definitely looks stunning in her "X-Factor" makeover.
She told Look magazine, "I used to diet a lot and now I don't believe in them because you're going to binge, your metabolism gets messed up and then your weight is going to yo-yo. I did that for a long time."
Scherzinger revealed details of her daily menu and said that she eats six small meals a day normally and other days she has just three main meals.
Talking about her breakfast favorites, she named oats, boiled eggs and salmon as well as frosted mini wheats as her go-to options. She also said that she snacks on wheat thins when she feels like it.
For lunch, Scherzinger opts for a healthy salad or a tuna or turkey sandwich. For dinner, fish and chicken with vegetables are the prime contenders.
When she is on the road, the songstress likes to snack on sushi, cashew nuts, mango, bananas and almonds to keep going. Coconut water is her favorite way to stay hydrated.
She said that although she has balanced diet normal days, she does indulge in her guilty pleasures once in a while. Salt and vinegar chips and red velvet cupcakes are some of the goodies she enjoys from time to time.
Alongside healthy eating, she works out regularly to keep her figure toned. She said, “I like the treadmill or running outdoors to keep my legs toned.”

Scherzinger advised to embrace and love what you’ve got.
“Once you embrace your size and your style and you wear clothes that make you feel confident and take care of yourself from within, you'll look and feel better on the outside,” she added.
