Peyton Manning finally connected touchdown pass to Wes Welker for the first time since the former New England Patriot wide receiver arrive in Denver early this summer. Manning and Welker tandem however was immediately overpowered by Seattle Seahawks bang-bang offense in 40-10 preseason rout victory against Denver on Saturday night.

Since the early first quarter touchdown score, Denver never got a chance to counter the explosive Seahawks offense until the fourth quarter. Seahawks has no problem without Percy Harvin as Russell Wilson seems has found likely replacement wide receiver Jermaine Kearse.

Aside from catching the 12 touchdown, Kearse also returned a kickoff 107 yards for a score as Seahawks used big plays build a big 33-7 lead at the end of the first half.

Its much different Broncos we saw last week when they limit the San Francisco 49ers to six points or they are just preoccupied after defensive end Derek Wolfe injured his neck and was taken off the field on a stretcher in the first quarter.

Denver coach John Fox said through Associated Press via ESPN, that a CT scan showed no broken bones and the team said Wolfe was expected to fly on the team charter back to Denver tonight.

Not only that, more bad news for Denver when starting right guard Louis Vasquez leave with a left knee injury. Remember, they already had lost center Dan Kopeen for the season with a torn ACL early in camp. The good news is Von Miller played for the first time but his appeal of his suspension still has no decision.

Nevertheless, the Seahawks continued the onslaught firing on both cylinder by chewing up 361 yards total (232 passing, 129 rushing) compared to 283 by Broncos. Plus the Broncos turned the ball over four times compared to none by Seattle.
