(Seoul, KOREA) Oct.10 - Former Vice Minister Kim Yung-chul was found dead in his home on Friday. Police are investigating the apparent suicide and have released the contents of the note Kim wrote to his wife reading, "I love you. I am sorry. It is too hard, I am leaving first."

Kim resigned from his position under Prime Minister Han Seung-Soo last week amidst allegations of bribery accusing Kim of pocketing tens of millions of won from Kenertec Co. during his 2002-2005 tenure as head of a state-run energy firm.
