Three thousand light years away the central sun-like star of NGC 6543 Nebula is dying. The Hubble Telescope's archival data has been mined to create this breathtaking image of concentric outer shells and more complex inner structures.

Nubulas are nature's most wonderful creations. 'Breath-taking and mesmerizing' the art of nature is at its zenith when you see base dust, hydrogen, gases and other particles forming such scenic views. I remember doing a blog-post on them a while back, in the process I had a chance to look at almost all the nebulas on the internet. But even now whenever I see one, I get as amazed as I was the first time. The death of Cat's eye nebula (which was one of my most favourite) comes as a sad news to me.
