2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Coca-Cola 600 race results, winners update, highlights

The 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Coca-Cola 600 stock car race is all set on May 26, live on Fox Sunday at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina. The 12th race of the 2013 Sprint Cup Series championship will be contested over 400 laps on the 1.5–mile (2.4km) oval.

Denny Hamlin captured the pole by breaking the track record on Thursday with a lap of 195.624 mph sporting with Toyota. Hamlin will start alongside Kurt Busch (Chevrolet) on the front row, followed by Matt Kenseth, Mark Martin and Clint Bowyer to start with four Toyotas in the top five.

Kasey Kahne will start sixth, Biffle seventh, Kyle Busch eighth, Jamie McMurray ninth and Ryan Newman rounds out the top 10. Some notable names with Dale Earnhardt, Jr. starts at 11th, while Jeff Gordon is at 14th spot. Of the 43 qualifiers Danica Patrick will start at 24th followed by Tony Stewart at 25th all Chevrolet cars.

Last year Coca-Cola 600 winner results, Kasey Kahne of Hendrick Motorsports took his first win, while Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch finished second and third respectively.

According to latest odds Jimmie Johnson who is at 12th on the grid is favorite to win with 6/1 odds. Followed by Denny Hamlin, Matt Kenseth and Kyle Busch also at 6/1. Former champion Kasey Kahne has 7/1 odds.
