Anyone Up for a Skinny Dip Sandwich?

Here's some good humor for you to end the week. The menu at the Black Frog Restaurant on Moosehead Lake in Greenville, Maine is one of the crazy stories this week. The restaurant was giving out free 'Skinny Dip' sandwiches if patrons were willing to run naked down the dock and jump into the lake. Their fun ended on Thursday when the town board voted to deny the restaurant's liquor license renewal application. The board said they would grant the license if the promotion ended which prompted the owner to stop giving out the free Skinny Dip sandwich the next day. The owner said “Au jus” wins out over “au naturel.”

Apparently last year the restaurant had 2-3 skinny dippers a week, but customers weren't flashed with any frontal nudity. However, local police got several complaints. Authorities say that stories about the Skinny Dip have circulated worldwide. If you go to Black Frog's website, you'll see the menu also includes "The Chicken That Didn't Make it Across the Road" sandwich, and one of the house rules is “No food fights unless specifically authorized by your server.”
