Guilty pleasures can often be the worst of 'em all. American Idol is no exception. Perhaps you watch the program and do not even realize that you should be ashamed/embarrassed about doing so. Perhaps, God forbid, you've bought some of the music put out by previous seasons' "idols". In any case, admit your failings as a human being:
Tell us of your love for "Idol". Have you actually bought a Clay Aiken CD? or downloaded a Kelly Clarkson song off the 'net? did you actually endure the Kelly/Justin silver screen disaster? do you watch the airings of the program despite the fact that they never sing a song you'd actually listen to otherwise? do you pretend to believe that the obviously staged "bad performances" by such as W. Hung and M. Roach are genuine attempts by folks who think that they can sing (of course, deep down, you know it's orchestrated garbage meant to draw in the viewers)? do you sit on your sofa ranting at Simon because you think so and so "idol" sang quite well, contrary to Simon's harsh words? For these and other "Idol"-related transgressions, sign below and tell of your misdeeds.
Admit your failings now. :)
