Your report astutely picks this out as a turning point. I hope that the Tea Party extremists' moment of glory is finally disintegrating.

Just one more instance of a manufactured crisis that had no evidence to support it. The Tea Party formed after insurance companies doubled premiums to enrage the public over Obamacare (they had to refund billions later) - The Koch brothers stepped in and funded the continuing false outrage, and now we are stuck with this ridiculous excuse for a movement from angry conservatives... Republican and Democratic governors are having to respond to cuts at the federal level by the GOP that do nothing but force more expense down on state budgets that are already over the line... slowly but surely, sanity might just prevail when people realize how wonderful this healthcare act is -- it could be so much better with single-payor, but that is the next step... Great Article! Thanks!

At least people will benefit. Politicians posture and pee about and whilst they do this people lose out. Sounds like afforable health care for ALL could be on the cards in the US. Thanks for this US news.
