Exclusive Google Glass Video: Say “Ok Glass” To Activate Google Glass

Google released a new video on Wednesday, February 20, which shows how Google Glass works and “how it feels” while wearing this amazing headgear. After wearing, users have to say, “Ok glass” to activate the hands-free device and unlock its several functions.

Say, “Ok glass, take a picture” and “Ok glass, record a video”, to capture an image and record a video respectively. Saying the phrase, “Ok glass, hang out with”, enable you to make a Google video call. Glass allows its users to access Google’s navigation system which helps drivers and bikers a lot to navigate through city streets, roads and highways. Google Glass features voice-activated Google image searching option. It can also transcribe your spoken words to send them as a text message. The latest video shows translation features of Google Glass, featuring a man asking Glass to say “delicious” in Thai. Glass took fraction of a second to respond it correctly. Google Glass is also integrated with Google Now which will deliver you regular updates on weather, airlines etc.

You have to spend $1500 + tax + a unique “pick-up experience” message to try a pair of Google Glasses in Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco.
