Herbert please accept my condolences on the loss of your cousin.

I don't know what the answer is for Chicago, but I hope some minds can come to together in your city to address the epidemic. One thing for sure, though, the entire nation knows what is happening there and the outcries from you and others in Chicago are not going unnoticed.
