A Bad Scene

Or there lack of...

In Front Royal Virginia, there is no punk scene. Sure there are punks. Some. Usually they are not originally from the town so the cops check them out at public places. There they post up there watching for someone to arrest. The cops harass stateboarders on the street. It IS a crime to skateboard in Front Royal. The KKK is rampid and should be watched. There have been reports of afore mentioned groups who run the town with power and say. Most everyone knows each other. If the judge knows the defendant, they will surely win the case. Even in the instance that someone is attacked by one of those groups, most turn their head. They are the mafia of the small (slowly urbanizing) town. I this town is a bad trip scene from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. The most welcoming folks of the town are the homeless and/or branded "crazy". Which wouldn't be an understatment.

A small town is fun for a city punk.
