PSL matches were to be held from March 26 to April 7, but some countries have refused for security reasons.

About 80 international players have agreed to act in PSL, but because of the transfer of games some of the stars will not be able to take part, said in a statement UCS. Also played a role concerns of stakeholders tight deadlines for application, the statement said.
