Skooter reports 02/12/13
A boozed-up off-duty British Airways crew went on rampage during a flight to the US prompted passengers to get mad and complained.
Intoxicated stewards and stewardesses triggered pandemonium after knocking down bottles of champagne and red wine in front of shocked onlookers in First and Club premium cabins paying up to $11,700 per seat. Those passengers were not able to sleep due to the noise.
Passengers complained after the BA staff began screaming and shouting “like spoiled brats”. It was reported that a number of them engaged in kissing and “heavy petting”.
Last night, airline chiefs were investigating the incident, which came as the off-duty crew flew from London to Washington to pick up other flights on January 26.
After complaints to the on-duty purser, the crew were told they could drink no more, sparking almighty row.
