News of the Pope's resignation is surprising the world. Pope said that he no longer has a strong mental and physical burden to bear rule. With the resignation of Pope Benedict, then this will be the first papal resignation since medieval times. Pope Benedict XVI, real name Joseph Ratzinger, was a man who came from Germany. Pope planned to resign on February 28 at 20.00 local time.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that she appreciated the decision of Pope Benedict XVI, to resign. As reported by Reuters, the reason for the Pope's resignation is due to the condition of the body began to weaken.
