Feb. 8, 2013 Hillary Clinton is alone at the top, at least for now. She may have lost the 2008 Democratic nomination to then-Sen. Barack Obama, but a new Quinnipiac University National...

She can run, but I don't think that she will win. The last time that there were two Democratic Presidents in a row in the US was President Kennedy and President Lyndon Johnson. The only reason that happened was because JFK was assassinated. The previous time before that Pres. Franklin Roosevelt and Pres. Truman and that only happened was because FDR became sick and stepped down.

Surely she will be retiring soon? ;)

I don't think a Hillary WH run is as sure as some may think. She will be 69 years old in 2016 - not too old to be pres. but it could be an issue. The wild card is Bill. There might be issues with his health and I don't think Hillary will run if it becomes a factor.

The pundits like to talk about 2016 now, but it's too far off to be confident Hillary will run. If she does, she will win and the repubs know that, so expect one of the nastiest campaigns in history.

It appears she may be the next presidential candidate. If she does, I am sure it will be an "interesting" campaign.

Yes, a majority of the nation still loves Hillary, but if Christie would get off his fat behind, get into a weight loss program, and become a poster child (adult) that obesity in this country can be attacked on an individual basis, he would definitely win over a ground swell of praise from everyone, including his own family who would be overjoyed... He was noticeably missing from the above poll... I wonder why??? As for age, I believe the electorate has had enough of a young president -- we need an elder statesman (woman) to get the old Congressmen in line next time around... Biden will be too old, but Hillary should be just right for the task - our version of the Iron Lady!!!

I agree that 2016 is a long way from now and a ton of contributing factors could get in the way. But surveying the political landscape from this vantage point, Hillary would win, because the Republicans don't have anyone who could get up to snuff in time to beat her. She has already re-established her website and undoubtedly will remain in the public arena.

Thanks for the report Punditty.

I have to agree with TomCleveland. If Chris Christie runs for the Republicans, we Dems better have someone like Clinton whom Americans respect, love and trust. You can't help but like Christie--even if he is a Republican!

Thanks for reading and thanks for the comments, everyone. I think Christie would be the best choice for the GOP, but a lot of Republicans will not forgive him for doing his job by requesting federal aid in the wake of Superstorm Sandy. If he can win the GOP nod, however, the Dems could have their hands full.

Hillary Clinton did not provide a great achievement in the U.S. State Department

Hillary Clinton's work, such as work and former secretaries of state

It seems that Hillary Clinton's ambitions in the beginning and U.S. presidential When Hillary Clinton failed felt is very disappointed

The traditional work in the U.S. State Department

Punditty, though I stand fat on the ground that survey poll results do not constitute actual election results, Hillary Clinton capping the polling survey Quinnipiac University conducted suggests her winnability if ever she will decide to bid in the 2014 US presidential election. ^^^
