U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton plans to write a second book of memoirs after leaving his post.

"However, before that, I want to catch up on 20 years of sleep deprivation," the secretary said at a speech in Washington.

The last day of Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State will be Friday, a source in the State Department.

Earlier Tuesday, the U.S. Senate approved the post of Foreign Minister, Senator John Kerry.

Recall, the first book of memoirs, Hillary Clinton called "Living History" appeared 10 years ago.
