NEW DELHI: Supreme Court Of India Dismissed Bus Gang-Rape Trial Move Petition.


According to the news an application was moved by lawyer M.L. Sharma Council of accused persons of student gang-rape case to move the trial in lower court.


But A three members bench of judges dismissed the petition.

Allegation on accused is that they raped a student in a bus and victim died. The victim's family have led calls for prompt verdicts and the death penalty.
