Sure-shot way to lose weight – become a caveman like the IT professional

This is the story on an IT professional who adopted a caveman lifestyle like the Flintstones in order to lose weight because the insurance company refused to give him coverage citing that he was 'mildly obese' – he succeeded in losing 8-stones within just five months.

29-year old Jeremy White of Barry, south Wales, is an IT professional and, sitting at the computer, patronizing fast foods and minus any exercise he kept putting on weight.

In order to meet the requirements of the insurance fellows, he began go to the gym but did not do regular exercises on treadmills – instead, he opted for exercises like rope climbing, pulling and lfting weights, and throwing hammers.

As to his diet, he went in for plenty of fish and meat, nuts and berries just like his forefathers and stopped all processed food.

The stunning result was a reduction from 20-stones to 12-stones in only five months.

The maxim is 'where there is a will, there is a way'.
