Is Hillory Clinton Lip-Syncing her Testimony on Libya?

Beyonce did it.
Now Hillary may be doing it.
In today's testimony before the Senate Hearings on Libya, Clinton can be seen talking but she may only be lip-syncing her answers to a pre-recorded tape that she is carrying in her purse under the table.

Upon examination of the video it is fairly obvious Hillary, who has been under the weather lately, is too tired to actually think up answers, so instead she has resorted to simply pushing 'play' on the tape recorder and then pretending to say what is being heard.

In fact, it may not be Hillary Clinton at all at the hearings--it may be her husband Bill wearing drag?
